After graduating from Colorado State, Dr. Moffat stayed on to complete a year-long internship in small Animal Medicine. She joined VCA Mesa Animal Hospital in 1994. Dr. Moffat completed her residency program and became board-certified in veterinary behavior by the College of Veterinary Behaviorists in 2004. Dr. Moffat lectures nationally and is published in the field of veterinary behavior.
Dr. Funk has special interests in exotics and general practice. He is past president of the Association of Reptilian and Amphibian Veterinarians. Dr. Funk has been a veterinarian at VCA Mesa since 1999.
Education:
Dr. Danner grew up in L'Anse, Michigan, a rural community on the coast of Lake Superior. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology from Ripon College, WI, and received her DVM from the University of Wisconsin in 2007. Dr. Danner has a special interest in feline medicine and is owned by five cats. She joined VCA Mesa Animal Hospital in the summer of 2008.
