Shasta Pools - Superb!
We are totally satisfied with our new Shasta pool! Pamela was our project manager and she is the consummate professional! She was always on top (actually way ahead) of everything and kept in frequent contact with us about the process and schedule. I rate her service as 10+! As a side note, this was our first pool building experience and we asked for some changes during the building process. Pamela and the entire Shasta team were always polite, understanding, willing to help with great advice and patient. They were great to work with. Finally, they offered special incentives to me, a veteran, which were wonderful and greatly appreciated. A sincere 'thank you!' to Pamela, Mark and the entire Shasta team!
