Dr. Lucy Ma attended Duke University for her undergraduate studies, followed by medical school at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. She then completed her internship in internal medicine and residency in ophthalmology at the National Capital Consortium and Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
