Practicing in Arizona since 2013, Dr. Jacobsen values the primary care role of optometry and one-on-one interaction with his patients. Dr. Jacobsen graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree from Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Optometry degree from Arizona College of Optometry, where he graduated with honors. After earning his doctorate, Dr. Jacobsen was matched to a highly competitive post-doctoral residency program at Hu Hu Kam Memorial Hospital in Arizona.
